BESPOKE Personal Experience
Your Custom Home Solution
Fully custom, collaborative home plans drawn by a master architect to include your custom wants and needs while meeting the architectural guidelines established for Avondale Cottages. Design costs will apply.
Semi-Custom Personalized Experience
This option allows you to research and choose an existing plan from a master architect or an approved architectural site. You will then work with a master architect to perform modifications and arrive at the final approved home plan for the site of your choice. Design costs will apply.
Existing House Renovations
A limited number of existing cottages that support and enhance the Avondale community vision are being renovated and restored during development, providing a blending of new and old houses in the neighborhood. Let us know if this is the preferred option for you.
The Process
Step One
Contact the brokerage to discuss funding your dream house. Our trusted advisors will guide you through the process.
Step Two
Create a list to identify wants, needs and desires to be included in your home plan and set up an initial meeting with the developer
Step Three
Consider the levels of investment and choose from a Bespoke design or Semi-custom design. Sign an agreement.
Step Four
Meet with the developer to choose the best site to complement your home plan and place a hold on your lot by signing an agreement and submitting a deposit.

Design
Collaborate with an architect to plan and design your home.
Permit
All permits will be arranged before building begins
Construction
Home construction will be executed to completion.
